Creative Coast is run by Sarah Yates & Lorna Crabbe, artists & arts professionals who met in 2008 and formed an alliance to promote artists' projects and encourage professional and creative links within Hastings and the South East.

We compile a local weekly arts e-bulletin, publicizing arts opportunities, exhibitions in Hastings and Rother and along the South Coast. This has been re-developed from Artswatchnews, which we took over from it's founder Sophie Mason in 2008. We are launching this new website to coincide- please bare with us while we complete this fully. We want to include as much information as possible about local arts groups, initiatives and events, whatever the scale- so if you have something you think should be listed then don't hesitate to get in touch. 

Creative Coast has also been appointed as the management company to coordinate this year's Coastal Currents festival, we are working in collaboration with Dover based artist and curator, Christine Gist. (See the menu for more details on the festival).
